This policy explains how Sear Group Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data across this website and the apps we publish. Individual apps may add their own in-app privacy notice where they collect something this page does not cover.
What we collect
- This website. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.
- When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message, and keep it only as long as needed to answer you.
- In our apps. Account details and the content you create — for example meals, workouts and weight entries in Nibsy — stored so the app works across your devices. Photos you submit for analysis are processed to return a result and are not used to train models.
Why we process it
To provide and maintain the apps you have signed up for, to respond to support requests, to diagnose crashes and errors, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run our products, including hosting, authentication, database, crash reporting and payment providers. They process data only on our instructions and under contract.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email hello@seargroup.io and we will action the request within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
